Affixes are weekly modifiers applied to every Mythic+ dungeon at keystone level 4 and above. They change how enemies behave and force you to adapt routes, cooldowns, and pulls each week.

The affix set rotates every week when the weekly reset occurs. The seasonal affix stays the same all season, while the rotating affixes (such as Fortified or Tyrannical) alternate week to week.

Fortified empowers non-boss (trash) enemies with more health and damage, while Tyrannical empowers dungeon bosses. They never appear together, so each week leans toward either trash or boss difficulty.
