Official changes and tuning

What changed?

Older source

Official class changes are global: canonical US English source text. PvP-section changes appear only in PvP modes and are labeled explicitly. Source publication dates, not collection dates, define this lookback. Direction interprets costs and cooldowns separately from damage. Explicit archived article-to-patch evidence includes notes published before release without changing their source dates.

Measured tier and rank movement

Did my spec move?

7 items

Movement describes the recorded metric and sample. It does not prove that a patch caused a buff or nerf.

Stored rankings for one exact cohort and metric. Movement appears only when source, coverage, method and period are comparable; it is not attributed to a patch without evidence.

Official tuning is global; measured tables remain regional. Each section uses retained source evidence only. No external fetch or generated opinion runs for this request. An explicit calendar selection covers that whole elapsed period; days applies when no calendar period is selected.
