Official changes and tuning
Official class changes are global: canonical US English source text. PvP-section changes appear only in PvP modes and are labeled explicitly. Source publication dates, not collection dates, define this lookback. Direction interprets costs and cooldowns separately from damage. Explicit archived article-to-patch evidence includes notes published before release without changing their source dates.

Fixed issues that caused some warlock summons and Diabolic Occuli to sometimes incorrectly target enemies outside of combat. This corrects summons from Affliction's Shadows of Nath'reza, Demonology's Dominion of Argus, as well as Diabolist summons.
